Slater & Gordon (UK) LLP has acquired Pannone LLP
November 2013 — Slater & Gordon (UK) LLP (Slater & Gordon) has acquired the personal legal services business of Pannone LLP for US$53 million. The transaction has been approved by the Slater & Gordon Board and the partners of Pannone LLP.
Slater & Gordon is one of the UK’s largest law firms with twelve offices in England, Wales and Scotland. It is a subsidiary of Slater & Gordon Limited, a leading consumer law firm in Australia.
Slater & Gordon has acquired the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection, Family, Private Client and Trust and Probate, Real Estate, Regulatory and Construction groups and teams from the Employment and Dispute Resolution groups of Pannone LLP. As part of the transaction, a new and independent business called Pannone Corporate will be formed, which will focus on commercial and corporate work for business clients.
Pannone LLP is a renowned UK law firm with market leading Personal Injury, Business Crime and Family Law practice areas.
