Culberson Construction, Inc. has been acquired by US Shale Solutions, Inc.
The private shareholders of Culberson Construction, Inc. (CCI), based in the USA, have sold the company to US Shale Solutions, Inc. for US$27 million.
CCI is an oil and gas energy service company that primarily focuses on land-based upstream and midstream companies. They offer midstream facility projects, compression, pipeline, flow-back and well testing, lease operators and consultants, new well and tank battery construction, production well maintenance, shop fabrication and field welding services.
US Shale Solutions Inc. is a full service provider of infrastructure, fluids and completion services with a focus on unconventional resource plays. The company’s primary service offerings are well site construction, wellhead hookups, surface equipment, pipeline and facility construction and maintenance.US Shale Solutions, Inc. is the premier technology-enabled, strategic solutions provider to the unconventional oil and gas industry.
