Our role in the transaction

Oaklins' team in Dallas advised the buyer in this transaction. As a strategic sponsor and member of NAPEO, our team was aware of potential buyers who had specific targets in the Charlotte and North Carolina market as a whole. After contacting and performing initial screenings of the potential buyers, a meeting was arranged for the seller to meet with the ultimate buyer, Lyons HR. The overall strategic fit was outstanding, delivering the desired solutions to both parties.
