ValorBridge is a private equity group that led an investor group that included ValorBridge, Clear Creek Equity, and members of Guardian management team.
Oaklins' team in Jacksonville advised the seller in this transaction. In June 2014, Oaklins' team had advised Guardian Fueling on the acquisition of JMP Solutions, Inc., their largest competitor.
