Heat Treating Incorporated has been acquired by a private investor group
The private shareholders of Heat Treating Incorporated (HTI) have sold the company to a private investor group. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Florida-based HTI is a rapidly growing, highly profitable, privately-held company providing portable on-site heat treating and machining to comply with mandated code requirements. With supply centers throughout the USA, the company employs more than a hundred field-qualified technicians. Strategic locations give HTI the benefit of fast service and equipment delivery. The company is also involved in the field machining industry. By manufacturing state-of-the-art technology and implementing new ways of field machining, HTI continues to set new standards for the industrial sector.
The buyer group established a company specifically for the acquisition.
Oaklins' team in Dallas acted as financial advisor to the seller, ultimately bringing a former client to be the eventual acquiror, and negotiated an acceptable price and terms to close the transaction.
