Reward Gateway (UK) Ltd has been acquired by Great Hill Partners
July 2015 — The private shareholders of Reward Gateway (UK) Ltd have sold the company to Great Hill Partners, a US-based private equity and venture capital firm, for US$212 million.
Reward Gateway is a provider of employee engagement technology, including employee benefits services, total reward systems and discounts on shopping and services to employees of over 1,000 clients worldwide. Chief Executive Glenn Elliott, who founded Reward Gateway in 2006, said that Great Hill's US presence, technological expertise and understanding of the human resources sector made them stand out in a field of potential investors.
