Our role in the transaction
Oaklins' team in Dallas was engaged by the global parent company to execute a discreet strategic initiative to source and qualify potential buyers. The sellers were equally focused on aligning with a buyer that provided a sound, acceptable future for division management in addition to achieving market terms. Our team worked with Valtech Services' management to prepare the company for sale and to manage their roles and expectations related to the sale process. They generated three offers that gave the client the ability to combine a favorable price, market terms, and go-forward opportunities for division management.
