The shareholders of The Inception Company have sold the company to Spire Capital.
The Inception Company is a leading provider of virtual conferencing software platforms and related services that enable impactful and engaging enterprise meetings and events in a digital format.
Based in New York, Spire Capital is a private equity firm specializing in investments in the technology-enabled business services, communications, media and education sectors.
