CDK Perforating, LLC has been acquired by SCF Partners
April 2012 — SCF Partners has acquired a 70% stake in CDK Perforating, LLC for US$32 million.
CDK Perforating, LLC provides wellbore perforating and wireline services – setting off explosives in the bottom of the wellbore – in the Marcellus Shale and Barnett Shale fields in the USA.
SCF Partners is a global private equity company with a focus on energy service and equipment companies. SCF has built more than 50 platform service companies and completed over 275 growth acquisitions. They have approximately US$1.5 billion in assets under management.
