October 2012 — Oji Holdings, Inc., a Japanese paper and packaging conglomerate, has acquired Box Asia Group, Ltd. for US$18 million.
Box Asia Group, Ltd. is a fully integrated printing and packaging company serving consumer products to companies worldwide.
