July 2011 — Information & Computing Services, Inc. (ICS) has sold all assets in Logimax to Friedman Corporation. The financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Logimax is a software company that developes an application for multi-customer warehouse management.
Friedman Corporation provides integrated configuration-based ERP (enterprise resource planning) software. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc.
Information & Computing Services provides computer programming services, specializing in software development and custom programming as well as computer-related consulting.
