PC Specialties, Inc. has been acquired by T.P.S. Partners, Inc.
March 2012 — The private shareholders of PC Specialties, Inc. have sold the company to T.P.S. Partners, Inc., a private investor group, for US$1.2 million.
PC Specialties, Inc. is a large independent ISO certified global supplier of high frequency printed circuit board antenna products with operating manufacturing plants in Texas and China.

Wishing to retire, PC Specialties' shareholders engaged Oaklins' team in Dallas to sell the smaller USA operations first and then to focus on selling the significantly larger China-based operations.
