May 2012 — The private shareholders of Foster Testing, Inc. have sold a 90% stake in the company to Hastings Equity Partners for US$2.44 million.
Foster Testing Inc. is an energy services firm that provides chemical applications to oil and gas wells, as well as the removal and disposal of hazardous materials.
Hastings Equity Partners is a private equity firm headquartered near Boston.
