Mac Holley

Principal

Mac is a principal at Heritage Capital Group, Oaklins’ member firm in Jacksonville and Savannah, with over 35 years of experience in banking. He works with owners of mid-sized companies to create value through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and comprehensive exit strategy design and implementation. Recent transactions include the sale of Center Subaru to GMST, LLC, the sale of Matrix Composites to ITT and the sale of The Seafood Shoppe to Beacon Fisheries.

Prior to joining Heritage, Mac served as regional president and CEO at Florida Capital Bank, and was responsible for developing and building a full-service, commercially-oriented financial institution to serve northeast Florida. He managed the retail and commercial banking operations from its founding in 2004. Before joining Florida Capital, Mac served as president for northeast Florida and senior vice president of middle-market banking for Bank of America. He has a BSc in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama.
