Luīze Mestere

Associate

Luīze is an associate at Oaklins Baltics in Riga, where she supports the execution of M&A transactions across a range of industries. Most recently, she advised on the sale of GroGlass, the world’s foremost producer of anti-reflective glass, to Apogee Enterprises, a US provider of architectural building products and high-performance coated materials. Other notable transactions include advising the Republic of Latvia on the valuation of its shareholdings in Tet and LMT, two of the country’s leading telecommunications operators, and she was involved in the sale of OX Drive, an electric vehicle car-sharing platform, to CARGURU.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Luīze worked as a financial analyst intern at Moody’s. She has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and completed an exchange semester at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
