March 2016 — The private shareholders of Hinke Tankbau have sold the company to KASPAR SCHULZ for an undisclosed consideration.
Hinke Tankbau has been active for more than 65 years in apparatus and tank construction. The company is a proven partner for the chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, and food processing industries. Hinke Tankbau is headquartered in Vöcklamarkt, Austria, currently employs 55 people and has direct distribution to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. T
KASPAR SCHULZ is one of the world’s oldest brewery plant manufacturers which produces tailor-made products such as fully automated brewing facilities, including fermentation and maturation tanks. The company has a wide spectrum of high quality services delivered worldwide.
