Smart Fibres is a leading developer of fiber optic sensing systems based on FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) technology and backed by in-house IP, allowing accurate measurements in ultra-harsh environments. The company designs, engineers and installs equipment, which measures temperature, pressure, strain, flow and vibration.
Oaklins' team in Austria advised Gronda Holding in the course of an envisaged disposal of its subsidiary with an indicative company valuation and supported the client with the search for equity investors for Smart Fibres Ltd., UK.
