Founded in 2003, Trust Chemists and Druggists operates one of the largest hospital pharmacy chains in India. Specializing in managing in-hospital pharmacies, the company operates 47 in-hospital stores and 14 standalone stores across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. It offers a one-stop shop for all medicines and wellness needs.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ team in India provided strategic and financial advisory services throughout this transaction. The team onboarded an investor, a family office, adding strategic value and contributing to financial growth. This investor acquired a 26% fully diluted stake in the investee.
