February 2025 — ARTEMIS International AG has completed a valuation to determine the Austrian foundation entry tax, as both founders are Austrian taxpayers.
ARTEMIS is a Swiss holding company specializing in the acquisition, management and disposal of assets, including equity stakes in other companies and the trading of a wide range of goods. The company actively engages in transactions related to its corporate purpose, including the acquisition, exploitation and sale of real estate and intellectual property rights. ARTEMIS also expands its operations through the establishment of domestic and international branches and participates in various enterprises to enhance its portfolio.
