Andreas is a managing partner at Oaklins Austria and heads its M&A and transaction tax practice. He advises national and international clients on complex tax matters, with a focus on M&A transactions, international tax law, corporate restructurings, and private clients and family offices. His expertise includes tax structuring for buy- and sell-side transactions, tax due diligence and the negotiation of transaction-related tax provisions.

Andreas is regularly recognized in leading international rankings, such as Chambers, Legal 500, International Tax Review and Who’s Who Legal. He is a member of the Austrian Tax Advisor Examination Board, a frequent speaker and an author of internationally published professional articles and books. He has a Doctor of Law from the University of Graz and brings over 25 years of experience from leading law and Big Four firms.
