Senior Analyst

Clemens is a senior analyst at Oaklins Austria, specializing in M&A advisory with a focus on mid-market companies across industrials, technology and energy. He brings experience across the full deal lifecycle, having supported sell-side and buy-side mandates for clients across a range of industries and ownership structures, from founder-led businesses to private equity-backed groups.

Before joining Oaklins in 2026, Clemens worked as a corporate finance and investment analyst at a Viennese family office, where he was involved in private equity and venture capital investments as well as portfolio management, concentrating on the real estate and renewable energy sectors. Previously, he had gained further private equity experience at Rivean Capital, the Grohe Family Office and Fidelium Partners, working on mid-market and turnaround-focused investments. He has a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), with a specialization in strategy and organization, and a master’s in corporate finance from EDHEC Business School.
