Lukas is a director at Oaklins Austria, advising entrepreneurs, corporates and investors on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. He focuses on the technology, financial services, healthcare and SaaS sectors, where he pairs M&A execution with the perspective of an active investor.

Lukas draws on broad experience across the private capital landscape. Before joining the firm, he worked in the growth equity team at SHAPE Capital Partners and held investment roles at UNIQA Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of one of Central Europe’s leading insurance groups, where he originated and executed investments and supported portfolio companies. His earlier career spans financial services consulting at Accenture as well as roles at Elevator Ventures and BDO. Lukas has a business degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
