Jan-Pieter is a director at Oaklins Netherlands. He co-leads the firm’s technology team and heads its aerospace, defense & security practice. He has extensive experience in advising entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity firms on sell-side, buy-side and fundraising transactions across the technology sector, and has successfully guided clients through complex domestic and cross-border M&A processes. Notable M&A transactions include the sale of S&T to Active Capital; the sale of OGD to Building Beyond Technology Group; the sale of Cipal Schaubroeck to Total Specific Solutions; the sale of Xomnia to Foreman Capital; the sale of TOPIC to T&S; the acquisition of a majority stake in Luminis and BPSOLUTIONS by M80 Partners via Yuma; the acquisition of ABS Laundry Business Solutions by Vitec Software Group; the sale of ESC to Capital A; the investment of Capital A in QS Solutions; the sale of Vabi to Vitec Software Group; the sale of GAC Business Solutions to Broad Horizon; the sale of QNH to Egeria; and the sale of a majority stake of Unica to Triton.

Jan-Pieter has a master’s degree in finance from Tilburg University and has completed the executive program for supervisory board members at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
