Ana Alvarenga

Associate Director

Ana is an associate director at Oaklins Intrepid, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. Part of the special situations practice, she provides advisory services to companies, creditors, investors and other stakeholders facing liquidity and capital structure challenges. Previously, she was primarily focused on executing M&A transactions in the food, beverage and agriculture sectors. Notable clients she has worked with include Visual Data Media Services, Sprout Organic Foods, Clover Sonoma, PFB Corporation and Bubbies Fine Foods.

Prior to joining the team in 2019, Ana interned for Centre Partners Management in New York City as a private equity summer analyst. Previously, she interned for Sun Orchard Juicery in Miami as a sales and marketing summer analyst. She has a BA in Physics and Economics from Williams College.
