Daniela is a managing director at BT Capital Partners, Oaklins’ member firm in Romania. She has particular expertise in coordinating major capital market transactions, such as initial and secondary public offerings and delistings, as well as privatizations of state-owned companies. Daniela played a crucial role in the IPO of Banca Transilvania, a leading Romanian bank, and has provided consulting and brokerage services for several municipal bond issues. She also coordinated the secondary public offering of Transgaz, the Romanian gas transmission monopoly, and the IPO of Nucleareletrica, the sole Romanian nuclear power plant. She was in charge of the team behind the primary offering of unsecured corporate bonds issued by Banca Transilvania, the public offering of DIGI Communications, and the annual bond offerings of International Investment Bank between 2015 and 2019, as well as numerous other transactions on the local capital market. She was also in charge of the government bonds issued by the Romanian Ministry of Finance in 2020.
Daniela joined the firm in 2006. She has a BSc in Economics and Business Administration and an MSc in Business Development from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca.
