Mai 2015 — Die Gründerfamilie der VOGT AG hat das Unternehmen an die Artum AG verkauft.
Die VOGT AG konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung und den Bau von Feuerwehr- und Rettungsfahrzeugen auf Basis von Plattformen grosser Hersteller wie Mercedes-Benz, Scania, MAN und Iveco. Darüber hinaus ist das Unternehmen ein Händler von Wassertransportlösungen und Lieferant anderer Ausrüstungsgegenstände für Feuerwehren und Rettungsdienste (z. B. Hochwasserschutzgeräte und massgeschneiderte Armaturen).
Artum ist eine Schweizer Industrieholding im Besitz von Unternehmern. Artum besitzt eine kleine Anzahl von mittelgrossen Unternehmen mit dem Ziel, diese langfristig zu entwickeln. Die Gruppe erwirbt ein Unternehmen hauptsächlich in einer Nachfolgesituation.
