Mai 2010 — Die privaten Gesellschafter der Kaffee Partner Holding GmbH haben eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an die Capvis and Partners Group AG verkauft.
Die Kaffee Partner Holding ist der deutsche Marktführer für die professionelle Kaffeeversorgung von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) in Deutschland. Das Unternehmen bietet eine breite Palette von Kaffeeautomaten und Verbrauchsmaterialien an und kümmert sich auch um den Service der Maschinen, so dass die Kunden alles aus einer Hand erhalten können.
