Juni 2015 — Swisscom AG hat Swisscom Hospitality Services an HoistLocatel AB verkauft.
Swisscom Hospitality Services (SHS) ist seit über 12 Jahren in der Bereitstellung von Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internetzugangsdiensten (HSIA), interaktiven Unterhaltungssystemen (IPTV), Konferenzlösungen und Managed Network Services für Hotels und Konferenzzentren in der EMEA-Region und in Nordamerika tätig.
HoistLocatel AB entwickelt und liefert Systeme, Produkte und Dienstleistungen für unabhängige Hotels und Hotelketten, Krankenhäuser und öffentliche Einrichtungen in Europa und im Nahen Osten.
Swisscom ist das führende Telekommunikationsunternehmen und eines der führenden IT-Unternehmen in der Schweiz. Die internationalen Aktivitäten von Swisscom konzentrieren sich vor allem auf Italien, wo ihre Tochtergesellschaft Fastweb eine der grössten Breitbandanbieterin des Landes ist. Swisscom ist an der Schweizer Börse SIX in Zürich kotiert, 51% der Aktien werden von der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft gehalten.
