Juli 2017 — Die TTTech Computertechnik AG hat ein Bewertungsverfahren für ihren Geschäftsbereich Automotive abgeschlossen, um weitere Verhandlungsgrundlagen mit potenziellen Investoren für die TTTech Automotive GmbH vorzubereiten.
TTTech ist der Technologieführer für vernetzte Sicherheitssteuerungen. Seine Lösungen und Best-in-Class-Produkte verbessern die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit von vernetzten Computersystemen und werden in verschiedenen Branchen wie der Automobil-, Luft- und Raumfahrt-, Energie-, oder Eisenbahnindustrie eingesetzt. Eine der Kernkompetenzen von TTTech ist das Angebot von Produkten und Lösungen für den Automobilsektor durch verschiedene Unternehmen und Geschäftsbereiche, die in der TTTech Automotive GmbH gebündelt werden sollen.

DIGMATIX has entered Romania through the acquisition of Elian Solutions
DIGMATIX, one of the largest providers of Microsoft Business Applications solutions in the region, has acquired Elian Solutions, a Romanian Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner, together with its subsidiary Elian Development Systems. Through the acquisition, DIGMATIX expands its operations into Romania and strengthens its position as a regional leader in the implementation and development of Microsoft Business Applications solutions.
