Development Partner ist ein führender Immobilienentwickler von Büro- und Geschäftsliegenschaften an zentralen Lagen in deutschen Grossstädten. Mit einem Team von rund 30 Mitarbeitern hat das Unternehmen eine Vielzahl von urbanen Vorzeigeprojekten realisiert und eine hervorragende Erfolgsbilanz erzielt
Der Käufer, ein Schweizer Finanzinvestor, ist seit vielen Jahren in der Finanzierung von Immobilienprojekten tätig. Er hat bereits in eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen Projekten in Europa investiert und verfügt daher über ein umfangreiches Netzwerk an Kontakten und Entscheidungsträgern in der Immobilienwelt.
