Januar 2018 — Die TTTech Computertechnik AG hat ein Bewertungsverfahren für den Informationsbedarf ihrer Aktionäre abgeschlossen.
TTTech ist der Technologieführer für vernetzte Sicherheitssteuerungen. Die Lösungen und Best-in-Class-Produkte verbessern die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit von vernetzten Computersystemen und werden in verschiedenen Branchen wie Automobil, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Energieerzeugung oder Bahn und Industrie eingesetzt. Eine der Kernkompetenzen von TTTech ist das Produkt- und Lösungsangebot für den Automobilsektor durch verschiedene Unternehmen und Geschäftsbereiche, die in der TTX Auto Technologies AG gebündelt werden sollen.
Unsere rolle bei der transaktion
Das Team von Oaklins in Österreich fungierte als Finanzberater der TTTech Computertechnik AG bei der Bewertung des Geschäftsbereichs Automotive und der gesamten Gruppe ohne die Automotive GmbH. Es war notwendig, eine Sum-of-the-Parts DCF-Bewertung durchzuführen, bei der insgesamt 4 Teile der Gruppe bewertet wurden (mit ihren eigenen Peer Groups und WACC-Parametern).
