Groku Kampen ist ein führendes Unternehmen in der Entwicklung, der Produktion und der Montage von hochwertigen Edelstahlküchen und Gastronomiemöbeln in den Beneluxländern. Die Kundschaft setzt sich aus Systemintegratoren und grossen Kücheninstallateuren zusammen, die Catering, Hotels, Gesundheitseinrichtungen und Behörden beliefern.
Anders Invest wurde 2015 gegründet und ist ein unabhängiges niederländisches Private-Equity-Unternehmen, das eine langfristige Investitionsstrategie verfolgt. Sie konzentrieren sich auf die verarbeitende Industrie und übernehmen sowohl Minderheits- als auch Mehrheitsbeteiligungen an KMUs in den Niederlanden.
HERITAGE B, die Holdinggesellschaft von Groku Kampen, vertreibt eine Vielzahl von Haushaltsküchen, Küchengeräten und Sanitärmarken wie TEKA, Küppersbusch und Intra.
