Mai 2019 — Die privaten Aktionäre von SeaKing haben eine Minderheitsbeteiligung des Unternehmens an die EGS Beteiligungen AG verkauft.
SeaKing entwirft und liefert komplette Cateringsysteme für Kreuzfahrtschiffe basierend auf langjähriger Erfahrung und fundierten Kenntnissen des Cateringbetriebs von Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Das Unternehmen hat seinen Hauptsitz in der Schweiz und ist in Finnland, Deutschland, Italien und den USA tätig.
EGS Beteiligungen ist ein langfristig orientierter Investor in Schweizer Industrie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
