Nubalia Cloud Computing has been acquired by Devoteam
February 2021 — The shareholders of Nubalia Cloud Computing S.L. have sold the company to Devoteam. With this transaction, Devoteam consolidates its position in Spain and supports Nubalia in the execution of an ambitious business plan.
Founded in 2010, Nubalia is a cloud consulting firm specialized in the Google environment. The company commercializes G Suite and Google Cloud Platform solutions to medium and large companies through a licensing model, as well as offering support and other complementary services. Nubalia is the leader in its segment in Spain and Portugal and has experienced 55% CAGR in the last five years.
Devoteam is a French IT consulting firm with more than 25 years of experience, focused on the segments of digital transformation, data and analytics, cybersecurity and cloud computing. It has a market capitalization of close to US$1.2 billion and presence in 18 countries.

Moneybox’s employee share sale has set another milestone for London’s Private Securities Market
The London Stock Exchange’s Private Securities Market (PSM) continues to demonstrate its potential as a venue for providing shareholder liquidity in high-growth private companies. Following the successful employee share sale for autonomous driving pioneer Wayve earlier this month, fintech leader Moneybox has completed a US$61 million (£45 million) employee liquidity event through the PSM. By structuring the transaction as an employee liquidity event, long-serving employees with vested equity have been able to realize some of the value they helped create while enabling Moneybox to remain private and continue its growth journey. The offering attracted strong demand from international institutional and Czech investors, resulting in a successful placement at US$1.33 per share, a 7.4% discount to the previous close and a 2.2% discount to the one-month volume-weighted average price (VWAP).
