November 2020 — Die schweizerische Investmentgesellschaft Capvis hat eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an der italienischen Arag Srl mit Hauptsitz in Rubiera erworben.
Die schweizerische Capvis ist einer der führenden Player im europäischen Private-Equity-Markt.
Arag wurde 1976 gegründet und produziert und vertreibt Sprühtechnik für die Landwirtschaft in mehr als 110 Ländern. Das Unternehmen ist mit Niederlassungen in Australien, Argentinien, Brasilien und Bulgarien weltumspannend tätig und erzielt 85% der Umsätze im Ausland. Arag zählt ca. 500 Mitarbeitende.
