Mai 2023 — SHS und ein Minderheitsmitgesellschafter haben die Spiegelberg GmbH an die Luciole Medical AG verkauft.
Spiegelberg ist ein Hersteller von Neuromonitoring- und neurochirurgischen Medizinprodukten. Das Unternehmen ist bekannt für seine einzigartigen selbstkalibrierenden Hirndruckmonitore und seine festen Sonden. Das Portfolio umfasst ausserdem Einwegprodukte wie Liquor-Katheter. Das Unternehmen wurde vor mehr als 30 Jahren in Hamburg gegründet und ist in mehr als 40 Ländern aktiv.
Luciole Medical hat eine Vorreiterposition im Bereich der Hirnüberwachung eingenommen, indem es eine Komplettlösung zur Messung von Hirnfunktionsparametern in einem breiten Spektrum von Krankenhausumgebungen anbietet, von Operationen und Anästhesie bis hin zur neurokritischen Pflege. Das Klebepflaster, die intrakranielle Sonde und die End-to-End-Analyseplattform von Luciole Medical, die Informationen aus zusätzlichen Quellen integrieren kann, bieten eine Reihe von Werkzeugen für eine beispiellose Echtzeit-Datenerfassung der zerebralen Sauerstoffversorgung, einem wichtigen Prädiktor für die Hirnfunktion. Comtax, a São Paulo-based tax technology consultancy specializing in tax determination and digital tax compliance, had been acquired by Ryan, the world’s largest firm dedicated exclusively to business taxes. The transaction marks Ryan’s entry into the Brazilian market, adding a specialized team and an established base of large corporate clients in Brazil, one of the world’s most complex tax environments, at a time when the country’s consumption tax reform is set to reshape how companies calculate and report indirect taxes.
