Juni 2024 — Die Netrics Gruppe übernimmt GARAIO als 100%-ige Tochtergesellschaft. GARAIO wird als eigenständiges Unternehmen unter dem Dach der Netrics Gruppe weitergeführt.
Mit der Übernahme baut die Netrics Gruppe ihre führende Position als Anbieterin von Managed-Cloud und Digital-Workplace-Lösungen sowie Consulting-Dienstleistungen weiter aus.
Als Teil der Netrics Gruppe kann GARAIO in Zukunft ihr Portfolio mit vielfältigen Microsoft-basierten End-To-End Dienstleistungen komplettieren. Zusätzlich zum bisherigen Angebot mit der Beratung und Umsetzung von Projekten in den Bereichen Modern Work, Prozessintegration, Softwareentwicklung und Künstliche Intelligenz kann GARAIO ihren Kunden neu auch Digital Workplace und Managed Cloud Services aus einer Hand anbieten.
Die GARAIO AG mit Standorten in Bern, Zürich und Sofia bietet ihren Kunden seit 30 Jahren umfassende Beratungsdienstleitungen und Digitalisierungslösungen rund um Employee und Customer Experience.
