Don Fermín has been acquired by Mehadrin
Oktober 2025 — The shareholders of Don Fermín, a leading Peruvian producer and exporter of citrus and avocados, have sold 100 percent of the company to Mehadrin, a global agroindustrial group based in Israel. The acquisition strengthens Mehadrin’s supply chain by incorporating Don Fermín’s Chincha-based operations, enhancing its ability to ensure year-round sourcing of premium fresh fruit for international markets.
Don Fermín operates citrus and avocado farms in Chincha, Peru, supplying high-quality fresh produce to international markets. The company has established a strong reputation for reliability, product quality and sustainable agricultural practices.
