Our role in the transaction
Oaklins’ debt advisory team in the Netherlands acted as the exclusive debt advisor to Synergia and Bolster. The team arranged a tailored unitranche financing package, provided by Robeco, to support the acquisition and Life & Mobility’s future growth ambitions. The financing process included an extensive lender education phase, which generated significant interest from a broad group of banks and direct lenders and resulted in a highly competitive process. Working closely with Robeco, the sponsors and management, the team negotiated and executed the financing on attractive terms, providing long-term flexibility to support Life & Mobility’s continued growth. The financing process was executed alongside Oaklins’ role as the exclusive sell-side M&A advisor to Life & Mobility’s shareholders, demonstrating Oaklins’ ability to deliver fully integrated corporate finance solutions. The transaction further strengthens the team’s track record in sponsor-backed financing processes in the healthcare sector.
