Januar 2011 — Die MK Holding SA, eine private Holdinggesellschaft, hat die Bieri Hydraulik AG, einen langjährigen Hersteller von Hochdruck-Hydraulikkomponenten, an die HYDAC International GmbH zu einem ungenannten Preis verkauft.
Die Bieri Hydraulik AG bietet ein komplettes Sortiment an Hochdruck-Hydraulikkomponenten wie Sitzventile, Druckventile, Stromregelventile, Rückschlagventile, Handschieber, Druckschalter und Ölstandsschalter an.
Die HYDAC-Gruppe ist weltweit tätig und bietet eine umfangreiche Produktpalette für alle Bereiche der Fluidtechnik. Die Produkte reichen von Komponenten und Subsystemen bis hin zu komplexen gesteuerten und geregelten Antriebseinheiten für mobile und industrielle Maschinen und Anlagen.
