Die Stoco SA wurde von der Meyco Holding AG übernommen
Dezember 2012 — Eigentümer der Stoco SA, einem Zulieferer der Schweizer Uhrenindustrie, haben Anteile im Umfang von 91,7% an die Mayco Holding AG verkauft.
Die Stoco SA entwirft und baut Präzisionssysteme für die Montage von Uhrwerken und bietet Vertragsdienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Konditionierung von Uhrwerksteilen an. Zu den Kunden gehören vor allem grosse und renommierte Schweizer Uhrenhersteller. Die Eigentümer haben sich entschlossen, ihre Anteile an einen industriellen Käufer zu verkaufen, der den Fortbestand des Unternehmens am jetzigen Standort sichert und die weitere Entwicklung zusammen mit dem bestehenden Management unterstützt.
