Februar 2013 — Die Deliciel AG, ein führender Schweizer Hersteller von Süsswaren, Convenience- und Tiefkühlprodukten für den Detailhandel und die Gastronomie, wurde von der im Familienbesitz befindlichen Haecky Holding AG übernommen.
Die Haecky Holding AG ist ein renommierter Schweizer Premium-Getränke- und Lebensmittelhändler. Bislang war die Gruppe nur in begrenztem Umfang in der Produktion tätig. Diese Übernahme stärkt die Position der Gruppe im Bereich der Lebensmittelspezialitäten.
