Mai 2012 — TST Tamsan hat die Kupplungssparte der Oetiker Gruppe, Business Unit Couplings, im Rahmen eines Asset Deals erworben. Übernommen wurden die Aktiven, Anlagen und Einrichtungen sowie die Patente der Oetiker Gruppe.
TST Tamsan ist ein führender Hersteller von Schnell- und Multikupplungen für Hydraulik-, Pneumatik-, Vakuum-, Gas-, Chemie- und Fluidmedienanwendungen.
Mit dem Verkauf will sich die Oetiker Gruppe, ein Hersteller von Produkten in der Verbindungstechnik, verstärkt auf ihr Kerngeschäft mit Verbindungselementen, Ringen, Montagewerkzeugen und Schnellverbindern konzentrieren, das den Grossteil des heutigen Umsatzes ausmacht.

Cibus has acquired Aweta from Standard Investment
Standard Investment has reached an agreement with Cibus Capital, advisor to the Cibus funds, on the sale of Aweta, a global leader in fruit and vegetable sorting, grading and packing equipment.
