Thorben Hinderks

Senior Associate

Thorben is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the consumer & retail and industrial machinery & components teams. His recently completed transactions include the sale of Luebeck-based Bockholdt GmbH & Co. KG to the Austrian construction group Strabag, the sale of the HAWITA Group to the Belgian Group DC as well as assisting the shareholders of K.E.D. Kälte- und Klimatechnik on the sale of the company to the Dussmann Group.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Thorben worked in the corporate finance departments of various auditing and consulting companies as well as in the M&A department of a bank. In addition to his master's degree, he worked with Prof. Dr. Seppelfricke on the preparation of literature related to valuations. Thorben has a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s in controlling and finance from Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.
