Øyvind Holtedahl

Øyvind is a partner at Oaklins Norway, where he leads the software, industrial technology and construction & engineering teams. He has extensive experience as a top executive and financial advisor, working with publicly listed corporations, private companies and private equity. Øyvind has in-depth industry knowledge in IT, construction & engineering, energy and aquaculture, and has led numerous successful M&A transactions in these sectors, both nationally and internationally. Notable transactions include advising TINE og Nortura on their sale of Maskon to Scale AQ/Kverva, Viking Entreprenør on their sale to Corteco/Celero Capital, Equip Capital on their acquisition of Cautus Geo and Trym Anlegg on their sale to Aarsleff.

Øyvind joined Oaklins from his role as group director at Multiconsult, where he was central in the company’s IPO and led the group’s expansion, including executing over 20 acquisitions domestically and internationally. Øyvind has an MSc in Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and a specialization in finance from INSEAD Business School.
