Niels Vermuë

Associate Director

Niels is an associate director at Oaklins Netherlands and is a member of the debt advisory team. He has advised on a variety of complex financing transactions for both corporate and private equity clients. Recent transactions Niels has worked on include the refinancing of HC Partners’ portfolio company Castellum, raising acquisition finance for Smile Invest’s acquisition of RB+ Group and advising Sansidor’s management team on their investment in the company alongside IK Partners.

Prior to joining Oaklins Netherlands in 2020, Niels worked in corporate and leveraged finance at Rabobank, where he started as a corporate trainee and was involved in numerous transactions in the Dutch mid-market. He has an MSc in Finance from the University of Groningen and was an exchange student at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
