Senior Associate

Felix is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the TMT, energy and construction & engineering services teams. Within the TMT sector, he has specialized in IT services and real estate software. His recent transactions include the sale of Haufe-Lexware Real Estate to Aareon; the sale of Doozer Real Estate Systems to Zig Beheer, a portfolio company of Main Capital Partners; as well as the sale of Grothe Bau Group to Terras Tiefbau Group, a portfolio company of Auctus Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Felix gained extensive experience with various private equity funds, in corporate M&A for an SDAX-listed company, and in national and international startup funding. He has an MSc in Finance from the University of Liechtenstein.
