Tom Holland-Hibbert

Associate

Tom is an associate in the M&A team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked on numerous buy- and sell-side transactions across various sectors, with a particular specialism in financial services. A recent transaction he was involved in was the sale of Pimlico Plumbers to Neighborly Inc., the world’s largest franchisor of home service brands.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Tom spent three years working at Paddle.com, a fintech startup before joining the deals strategy and operations team at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Whilst at PwC, he was involved in a number of transactions, ranging from blue-chip multinationals to high-growth scaling companies within the technology and financial services sectors, doing due diligence for trade and private equity buyers across both the buy-side and sell-side. He graduated from Durham University in 2014 with an honors degree in civil engineering.
