Ellen Hudson

Associate Director

Ellen is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She has experience in executing M&A mandates for domestic clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on businesses operating in the lower–middle market. Recent M&A transactions she has advised on include the acquisitions of Mo (Thanksbox Limited) by UKG, Oak Engage by NorthEdge Capital LLP and Zest Technology Ltd by Epassi Group.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Ellen spent over three years in the London M&A team at Mazars. During her time there, she advised on transactions across various industries. Ellen graduated with a BSc in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin.
