Nicola Vulcano

Director

Nicola is a director in the ECM team at Banca Akros, the parent company of Oaklins Italy. He is involved in the origination and execution of all ECM products, such as IPOs, rights issues, ABBs, secondary offerings, SPACs, reverse takeovers and translistings.
 
Before joining the firm in 2022, Nicola had worked in the investment banking and corporate finance industry for over 15 years, and has experience in ECM, DCM as well as M&A transactions. He graduated in business administration, with a major in corporate finance, from Bocconi University in Milan. He is a qualified key executive for Borsa Italiana.
